Returns & Exchanges

As a small business, we are currently not accepting returns, exchanges or refunds unless the product arrives damaged.

Shipping

We’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all Canadian orders.

We ship worldwide (excl. US)! International shipping rates will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We offer tracked shipping for out-of-country orders.

We make sure to ship orders out within 1-4 business days for quick delivery time!

Please note: Dog Dayz is not responsible for any incoming duties or fees associated with shipping.

Sizing

Please double check your product size before purchasing. If you order the wrong size, we do not offer exchanges due to sanitization and shipping fees.
Note: If your size is sold out, size up! Just fold down a few more times, tie and snap!

How to Wear

1. Fold or tuck bandana to desired length
2. Tie a knot (if bandana is on the tighter side, skip this step!)
3. Snap to secure

Size up if unsure! Our bandanas are made to be adjustable, so it's easy to customize to a smaller fit if needed!

Super cute bandana! I did order one size too big! Butstill looks cute when rolled. The snaps to hold it on are a nice touch, especially whenmy dog is running around.LOVE THE FABRIC!!! and the design is adorable!
